What role can PR play in uncertain times?

As the recent TTG Luxury Travel Summit showed, the travel industry is having to be agile to keep afloat in these troubled times. For PR and marketing professionals, it’s been tricky to navigate the last few months: on one hand, our services are needed more than ever in order to keep hotels, resorts and destinations front of mind (good PR will ensure bookings continue, convey safety precautions and keep brands relevant until the landscape returns to normal).
